This policy applies to payments made for MAXINS products, services, subscriptions, technology solutions, consulting services, digital services and other applicable services offered through MAXINS.

Where a specific quotation, order confirmation, service agreement or commercial agreement contains different refund or cancellation terms, those specific terms may apply to the relevant transaction.

2. ORDER AND SERVICE CANCELLATION

2.2 After Service Commencement

Once development, implementation, consultation, digital marketing, data processing, software configuration or another service has commenced, the amount already incurred or the portion of work already completed may be non-refundable.

For digital marketing, SEO, advertising management, social media management, creative services and related services, fees relating to work already performed, campaigns already executed, advertising budgets already spent and third-party charges may not be refundable.

Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is subject to the applicable platform's policies and refund rules.

7. DATA ENTRY, KYC AND BPO SERVICES

For data entry, document processing, KYC, verification, digitisation and BPO-related services, charges for completed or processed work may not be refundable once the relevant work has commenced.

8. PAYMENT GATEWAY AND THIRD-PARTY CHARGES

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, payment aggregators or other payment service providers.

Where a transaction has already resulted in non-refundable gateway, banking, processing or third-party charges, such charges may be deducted from an approved refund where legally and contractually permitted.

9. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If a payment attempt fails but the customer's bank account or payment instrument has been debited, the transaction may be subject to reconciliation between the payment gateway, bank and other relevant payment service providers.

Customers should retain the transaction reference, payment date, amount and other relevant details when reporting a failed transaction.

Note: In certain cases, a failed or pending payment may be automatically reversed or settled by the relevant payment provider. Processing time can vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

10. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If a customer believes that the same order or service has been paid for more than once, the customer should contact MAXINS with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be considered for refund.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other financial institution involved in the original transaction.

Wherever reasonably possible and technically supported, refunds may be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

MAXINS may cancel or suspend an order or service where necessary due to technical limitations, service unavailability, security concerns, legal or regulatory requirements, non-payment, misuse, fraudulent activity or other circumstances affecting the ability to provide the service.
